A security deposit of £100 (€155) will be requested by the caretaker on arrival which will be returnable on departure less any charges for electricity/gas etc.
Please leave Les Aunaies as you would like to find it. Cleaning materials are supplied in both houses. If you would prefer, a full cleaning service is available for £25.
The rental period commences at 4.00 p.m on the first day and finishes at 10.00 a.m. on the last day.
100 units electricity/gas are included in the rental. Thereafter electricity is charged at €0.15 per unit.
Double & Single Quilts and Blankets are provided but please bring your own bed linen, towels and tea towels. These can be hired, prices on application.
